Ukraine
Lighthouses | Insulated Housing & More
In response to the war’s devastation, we serve at the war frontlines alongside local community leaders — bringing relief, healing, and hope to those most affected. On the ground, we provide humanitarian aid, shelter, and trauma care, walking with families as they rebuild their lives, and touching countless lives along the way.Our mission to renew lives, rebuild communities, and restore dignity is more than words — it’s where compassion meets courage and love takes action.

Rwanda
Blind School | Vocational School | Prison | Refugee Camp
In the forest-dwelling communities of Rwanda, life has long been marked by hardship, exclusion, and the lingering impact of the 1994 genocide. For many, school and work remain distant dreams — survival is often the only focus. Generational cycles of poverty, illiteracy, and marginalisation trap families, yet we believe change is possible. By impacting lives in prisons, refugee camps, schools, and the poorest communities, we are transforming society one child, one worker, and one school at a time. -

Mozambique
IRIS University
Living Oaks joined Dr. Heidi Baker to build Africa’s first oceanfront university in Pemba, Mozambique — a project deeply personal to our founders, rooted in the belief that education is one of the most powerful tools to break poverty. In a nation where fewer than 1% of adults hold a university degree, Iris University stands as a place of possibility — where students from across Africa are equipped to lead, serve, and transform the nation. -

Borneo
School | Elderly Home | Airstrip
In the remote jungles of Borneo, the Dayak tribal people and other unreached, poor communities once faced isolation so severe that urgent medical care and essential supplies were days away. Working hand in hand with village leaders, we built an airstrip to connect them to the wider world. Today, this 1,500-metre airstrip brings hope within reach, opening doors to healthcare, education, and opportunity — transforming the future of an entire community. -

DR Congo (DRC)
Primary School
Écoles Modulaires — or Modular Schools — is an initiative to build 40 schools across some of the most war-torn and impoverished regions of the Democratic Republic of Congo. These schools are designed to be durable, adaptable, and life-giving spaces for the Kadogos — “the little ones” in Swahili. In communities where children face unimaginable hardships, including being forced into soldiering or early marriage, each school is more than a building; it is a beacon of hope, a safe place where children can learn, dream, and belong. -

Amazon
Life-Saving Support & Protection
Hidden deep in the Amazon Jungle, communities have little connection to the outside world. We bridge practical needs — from education to sustainable resources — but even more importantly, we bring hope and a future they can believe in. Each life touched sparks resilience, possibility, and lasting transformation.
